  • Standard Stock Items: Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days.
  • Custom & Handmade Gear: Items like custom leather dog muzzles or specialty collars may require additional crafting time.
  • Operating Hours: Fulfillments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with USPS and Global Post to offer reliable shipping carriers for our products. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

4. Tracking and Delivery Issues
  • Tracking Numbers: A confirmation email containing your tracking details will be sent immediately when your label is printed.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost after a confirmed carrier delivery. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
