How long will it take to get my order?
We ship out most items within 1-5 business days and ship using USPS or Global Post. If you are located in the USA you should receive your item within 2-5 days or 1-3 days of it being shipped, depending on which shipping option you choose.
If you are located outside the USA, it will typically take longer as it depends on world events and your local postal system. We use Global Post as it translates to the lowest Duty and Tax fees for you as a consumer.
What is the return policy?
If the mistake is our fault please contact us and we will do what we can to correct it for you. We are a small business and can not cover products that are ruined by dogs chewing them up or things like salt water ruining the leather. We do our best to work with you but also please understand that each item is made specifically for you and we can not resell them, the exception being unopened items that are not handmade, ie, clothing, mugs, stickers, etc.
If you order the wrong size of clothing and would like to make an exchange, we are more than happy to do that, however we will ask that you pay for the shipping both ways.
My dog is not full grown, what neck measurement should I give?
Unless your dog is close to full grown, we do not recommend buying a collar for them as they will quickly outgrow it. If your dog is close to full grown we recommend giving a measurement that is +1" from their current neck measurement. Our collars provide 5 holes, 1" apart with the center of the 5 being the measurement you provide. The collar looks best when worn with the center hole being the measurement however so we recommend you try to get it as accurate as possible.
